| Healing for Free |

Just some more thoughts on not charging for healing work.
In these days of the "New Age", we read and hear a lot about 'exchange of energy' which is typically followed by something like "I charge people for healing work because there needs to be an exchange of energy."
I don't believe this is true. When working on others, the most powerful healing occurs through unconditional love. This means that you are asking the universe to send whatever healing energies are necessary without making that decision or 'judgment' yourself. To ask for payment in return has, at the moment the thought has occurred, removed unconditional love as the reason for the healing work - it has now become "I'll do this for you IF (or BUT) you (must) pay me for it." This is not love, this is simply a way to make money. No, I don't believe there's anything wrong with that, but my personal experiences have proved this to me.
I challenge all of you who consider yourself and energy healer (in any form) to try this yourself. Healing with absolutely no thought of any personal gain or return of anything.
Because you are healing with unconditional love - or universal love - the "payment" you will receive far outweighs any amount of money anyone could give. |

Anybody who can be a good pretender, a hypocrite, will become your leader politically, will become your priest religiously. All that he needs is hypocrisy, all that he needs is cunningness, all that he needs is a facade to hide behind. Those front-door smiles are just false, those faces looking so innocent are just cultivated. If you want to see the reality of the politician you will have to see him from his back door. And they found out very early on that if you want to dominate humanity, make it weak, make it feel guilty, make it feel unworthy. Destroy its dignity, take all glory away from it, humiliate it. And they have found such subtle ways of humiliation that they don't come in the picture at all; they leave it to you to humiliate yourself, to destroy yourself. They have taught you a kind of slow suicide.

| Penguin Totem |

A couple of years ago I attended a workshop Finding Your Chakra Totems, given by Serge Martel, a Mohawk shaman.
When I was at my root chakra, I kept getting a penguin and of course everybody got a big chuckle from that - including Serge. That was the first time anyone had received that totem in one of his workshops.
Just a few months ago I finally discovered what the meaning of this was for me. I was doing some research on alternate music scales and tunings and came across an article about 432 Hz which, briefly put, synchronizes the hemispheres of the brain and places you in resonant harmony with the earth (Schumann Resonance) and the universe. When I searched on 432 Hz, I came across an obscure research article on the Emperor Penguin - and if you haven't figured it out yet, the lower voice (it has an upper and lower voice) has been measured at 432 Hz.
So now having a penguin as my root chakra totem makes perfect sense.
Just thought it's interesting how sooner or later things are revealed to us in a way that we can understand. |
